Cask-conditioned in the time-honoured manner XB is famed far and wide for its rich body and is a smooth bitter ale with a subtle tang of malt.

Mild ale malt, crystal malt, small percentage flaked maize and invert sugar. Goldings and Styrian Goldings whole hops.

Pronounced malt aroma with some full fruits rounded malt in mouth. Long dry slightly acidic finish with fruit notes.
